Caritta Seppa is the co-founder and COO at Tespack, a company specialised in mobile energy with the goal of making everyone Energy Independent. Tespack has been awarded as the Best Energy Startup in EU and their customers and partners include Vodafone, Intersport, UN, Amazon, Plan International, Save the Children and defence forces. Caritta has experience in international relations, public diplomacy, operations, funding and business development and prior to Tespack has worked with the Finnish Foreign Ministry and Embassy of Finland in Serbia in writing research reports about the economic, political and renewable energy situation in S-America and Europe gaining her expertise in these fields. Her work has been published by the Finnish Government. Caritta has also worked with NGOs and has gained experience in acquiring funding from the European Union. Caritta has been selected as one of the Top 100 Women in Wearables in 2018, awarded as Top 10 Entrepreneur Under 30 in 2017 by Global YE Awards and one of the Winning Women Entrepreneurs in Europe 2017 by Ernst & Young. She was also awarded as one of the Top 10 Women in Tech 2017 by WSC and Craigs Newmark.
